Returns

There is a 60 day return policy

All work can be returned during this time frame as long as they are in the same condition as they were shipped. Simply put a ups shipping label on the box and  send it back. We would appreciate a note as to why, but it is not necessary. Full refunds are within 7 working days of inspection for damage and if so cannot be returned.  If pieces are damaged during delivery please take picture of box before opening and send me the picture. In cases of damage during shipping a Label will be offered other wise the return label must be supplied by the customer.  Pieces damaged by owner can be sent back to us and minor repairs and will be done for free unless the work is extensive. In cases of repair please send a picture of all repair work to be done by email to roberthembree49@gmail.com for assessment of  the damage. Be sure to include return shipping label for repair work.
